I was raised on a small dairy farm in the States. After my father retired in 2008, my brothers and I converted and expanded the dairy into a 750-cow seasonal, grazing dairy that we operated ourselves. From 2014-2019 my family lived in Southland. After gaining NZ Residency I worked as a Contract Milker and enjoyed three very high production years (per AgriBusiness Consulting’s benchmarking). Business obligations took us back to the States in 2019, where we remained for five years, closing out the family farm, traveling, managing a crop farm, contracting, and consulting. We returned to NZ Christmas of 2024. I am currently working for a friend as we re-establish ourselves in NZ. My family loves dairy farming, and I am excited to have my wife and older sons now also able to work alongside me. Soli Deo Gloria!
