We are looking for a farm assistant or Herd Manager to replace our current assistant who is going home to live in the Philippines.   Applicants MUST CURRENTLY BE IN NZ This farm has Halter collars.  40 aside herringbone dairy shed with ACR.  We have irrigation made up of pivots, fixed grid and k-lines  You must have experience milking and be able to detect mastitis and understand animal health requirements Be able to communicate well with others and have good time management Be able to follow instructions and be honest and have good work ethic Ride a quad bike confidently and happy to work on a farm with some hilly terrain Driving a tractor would be good but not essential as training is available.
