EXPERIENCED SENIOR FARM ASSISTANT /AND OR HERD MANAGER/2IC We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years NZ experience to fill a senior role working alongside and supervising 3 other full time staff (milk harvesters).  So you must have proven leadership skills and be happy using them with good communication.  Tractor driving is ESSENTIAL and will include feeding out on a feed pad and topping.
