This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a progressive team as a 2IC.  Milking 740 cows, twice a day, through a well-appointed 50 bale rotary shed with ACRs.  They operate a system 5 farm utilising supplements all year round, on a feedpad. They require someone enthusiastic, goal driven, having had experience with higher input farms, including the handling of mixer wagons and telehandlers. Roster is 8 days on/2 days off then 8 days on/ 3 days off all season, managing 3 hour breaks most days. Good remuneration package, including excellent housing, PPE and phone allowance. The farm milks 900 cows through a rotary shed, we run a 6 on 2 off roster, go to 3 and 2 milking's after Christmas.
