We are looking for a Herd Manager to join our team.  We milk 520 cows in a Herringbone shed.  The job involves understanding and taking responsibility for daily tasks such as running of the dairy, effluent management and feeding.  You will need to be able to complete tasks with minimal supervision and can supervise and train other staff.  You will be expected to look for opportunities to work more efficiently and effectively to improve the business.  You will need to be able to keep accurate records, gather information on farm that will influence feeding decisions and understand feed budget concepts.  You will be involved in milking, feeding the stock, assisting with calves, tractor driving, cowshed hygiene and other day to day farm duties.  No drugs or smoking allowed on our farm.  The successful applicant must pass a drug test and police check if requested.

Dairy Farm Assistant – Full-Time We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dairy Farm Assistant to join our team. This is a hands-on role assisting with the daily operations of the farm.
