We’re looking for a great team player to join our successful farming operation in Waverley, South Taranaki. Day to Day you’ll be involved in the development and maintenance of the existing farming operation. You’ll excel at fencing and have the ability to operate and maintain a variety of machinery, including tractors, excavators and other feed out and cropping equipment. You’ll carry out general farm duties and yard work / stock management and shifting as required. You’ll work closely with the Dry stock Manager and as part of the wider team of 12 full time staff. We are looking for 2 people for a 2-3 month placement on our farms over our busy period of spring/calving August-September only, we are fully staffed outside of calving. The roster would be a 6 on 1 off roster, This may suit a couple as both would have the same time off and one person would be working on each farm.
