Looking for FARM ASSISTANT. our farm is 260ha milking 950 cows through 60 Bales Hi tech rotary . 1 hour 40 minutes from Christchurch and 45 minutes from Amberley Key tasks and responsibilities: Milking cows, setting up break fences, identifying and treatment mastitis cows, tractor driving-ability to feedout, calving cows, feeding calves , identify cows in heat-H&S compliance, recording of animal health details, GENERAL FARM MAINTENANCE. Roster is 5 on 2off ( Negotiation) you will be guaranteed a minimum 38 hours (Any hours worked over 38 per week will be paid at a rate of $32/hr You must have a clean criminal record Accomodation : Small self contained unit or Shared 3 bedroom house Driving Licence Salary is 65k/pa including accomodation Please apply with CV and two farming referees
