Join Our South Waikato Farm!!

We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic, positive and experienced individual to join our team on our South Waikato farm. Our previous employee has just moved on and we have been searching for the right fit - if you’re ready for a role that’s hands-on and rewarding, then this could be for you!

We need someone with a great attitude and the experience to not only assist with daily farm operations, but also step up and take charge when needed, working closely alongside our Operations Manager/Equity Owner and Farm Assistant.

About the Farm:

• Milking system: 40 aside herringbone, ACR, Cow Manager, and System 5 - feed pad.

• Focus on Animal Welfare: We’re a split-calving farm with an autumn-heavy focus and a commitment to keeping our BIG girls happy, healthy, and well-cared for.

• Diverse Tasks: From milking and treating cows to feed mixing/feeding out and maintaining our effluent systems (RainWave and cannon), your days will be varied and action-packed! During calving season, you’ll also be involved in all things calving-related, working together to ensuring everything runs smoothly.

• Maintenance & More: You’ll also play an important role in general on-farm maintenance, ensuring everything from infrastructure to equipment is in great condition.
