Fully irrigated with 2 pivots and 50 has of K-lines Experience required  - Minimum 5 years Location  - Ashburton (10min from the town) skills and attitudes required - understanding and Showing respect to animals welfare manage milking shed (Milking, plant wash, vat wash, drafting sick cows, weekly and monthly plant check) manage sick mobs (Treating and recording) Pasture management - allocating and setting up break fences, reading residuals, pasture walks Calving  - picking up calves , drafting new moms, managing colostrum mob, dusting, checking springer mob Irrigation  - shifting K-lines, Knowledge of pivot irrigation would be added advantage Team Collaboration: Assist the manager with planning day-to-day tasks, manage and train junior staff, and ensure the efficiency of all team members.
