Due to a staff member heading home, we are looking for a Herd Manager to join our team.  We are located halfway between Methven & Ashburton. At peak we milk 940 cows through a 54 bail rotary on our family-owned dairy farm. Please only apply if you meet the following requirements: Are a NZ citizen, or hold a current Visa Have a minimum of 18 months to 2 years NZ dairy experience Hold a drivers license Are able and willing to pass a drug test if required Be residing in NZ As a Herd Manager you will have key responsibilities in the day-to-day running of our farm, including running the shed, identifying and managing animal health, helping to enable the mating plan, feed allocation, and pasture management. You will be working alongside our 2IC and ourselves.
