We are situated 100 km north of Christchurch, 10 km outside Culverden and operate on a 243 ha dairy farm with 890 milking cows.
We have an automated 54 bail rotary with in-shed feeding system, automatic cup removers, teat spray and drafting. We have a system called Cow Manager which monitors health, fertility and nutrition, which we have had for 4 seasons now. We irrigate our dairy farm with 2 large pivots & fixed grid. We also have a run-off operation 21 km away from the dairy farm, situated just outside Waiau, with 270 ha and 550 young stock units. All dairy cows are winter grazed on this property.
