We are looking to replace our 2IC who is leaving after 5 years with us. We are after someone to help run our system 3, 900 cow dairy farm (270ha Platform) and drystock land (160ha).This person needs to be very good with animals and communicating with people as they will have various staff leadership roles. The farm owners are still on farm so you will be working directly with them as well as the 3 other employees. The farm infrastructure is very good with a modern 60 bale cowshed with protrack and cup removers. We run a simple system, good rosters and time off with an average employee length of 5 years.
