Theland Farm Group are looking for a genuinely motivated and committed Dairy Assistant to join our on-farm team at K Road.
About the role:
K Road farm is located on the stunning shores of Lake Taupo’s western bays approx. 20 min form Turangi.
Milking 1250 cows, it runs a low input, fully self-contained system with a focus on pasture and plantain. This farm is well set up, with an easy flat contour and an experienced farm manager who is happy to teach.
This role will also appeal to those who have an interest away from the farm in hunting, fishing, skiing and a host of other outdoor pursuits.
Applicants must:
1) Be physically fit
2) Be able to provide an updated CV.
3) Be able to provide verifiable references of previous employment history.
4) Pass a 3-month hair follicle drug test, alcohol, and police check.
