Bushy Park Farms is inviting applications for a position on their 400-cow spring calving property near Masterton. We are seeking the right applicant who will see this as a great opportunity to grow in the dairy industry, taking themselves and this farm forward. The position is open to a Contract milker / Manager this could suit a couple.  If Contract milking, 1.5 additional full-time staff will be required as well as relief staff.   Applicants are expected to demonstrate excellence in system management, which covers the utilisation of pasture and supplement, animal husbandry, staff management skills and some experience with irrigation would be an advantage. In addition, excellent communication skills (both oral and written) and computer literacy are essential for regular reporting, record-keeping and performance/compliance monitoring.
