We are looking for a Farm Assistant/Herd manager for the upcoming season. Located 10 Minutes from Oxford. We are Milking 800 cow through a 54 bale rotary with cup removers. The ideal candidate will have a 1 or more seasons experience in the industry and a good attitude towards dairy farming and willingness to learn. The role will predominantly be working alongside the Contract Milker and 2ic, milking and plant wash, calf rearing, shifting irrigation (K-lines and sprinklers), break fences, weed spraying and other general duties. We are after someone who just gets on with things, and wants to learn and wants to be part of a team that works together. Also someone who can be trusted to work independently.
